All Fruitya orders are packed with care and dispatched from Australia.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

Shipping Rates

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days so we can assist in locating your parcel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
